In addition to your statutory rights for cancellation and returns You can return an order within 7 days for a full refund.
Please send your return complete with all original packaging and labels intact. The goods must also be undamaged and unsoiled. As long as these conditions are met, we will happily offer a full refund for the returned item. We also recommend, for your own security, that you obtain proof of posting from the Post Office.
For hygiene reasons we will not accept returns under this policy for the following items: Bodystockings, Hoisery or Knickers/Underwear where the packaging has been opened. This does not affect your statutory rights under UK and EU Law. Under the Distance Selling Regulations you do have the right to open the packaging on these items and then return them, however this needs to be done within 7 days of receipt of the item.
