All items are sent using Royal Mail First Class Recorded, Or FEDEX UK Couriers therefore any orders placed that are in stock on a weekday before 2pm should arrive with you within a few days. Orders placed after 2pm Friday to 2pm Monday will be processed on Monday. Where the product is out of stock we get regular weekly shipments from Our Supplier and you should expect to wait No Longer Than 14 days for this item.
Please remember that in some instances the parcel may be to large for your letter box and as such the postman will leave a card giving you instructions on where to collect the parcel from.
In the unlikely event that your item does not available within 14 days, we will offer you the opportunity to cancel your order with a full refund or you may wish to accept an alternative stock item or wait the short period of time until we can fulfil your order.
